Shipping times:

• PLEASE NOTE that due to the current response to COVID-19, orders within the US may take 3-5 business days to be processed and 5-10 days for shipping. We are working as quickly as possible to get your products to you.  
• Shipping times may vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors. Most shipping and processing times are listed in the FAQ section of our products, since we ship from various warehouses worldwide.
• If you have not received your order in 15-18 days since the day you placed it, it may have been delayed due to COVID-19. Please email us at support@ourmomentstore.com to review and track your order. 

Shipping costs:

• Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
