Can you customize my order?
Depending on the product we may be able to. For most of our sound wave art we are able to use custom audio and recordings.

Are all prints framed?
Some of our prints come framed. Others don't. Please check the product details and FAQ section at the bottom of each product listing.

This is a gift. Can you ship it to the recipient?
Yes, just provide their shipping address during checkout.
How do you ship your products?
We have national and international warehouses in the US and the UK. Depending on the product and availability of raw materials we will be shipping from either country.

What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy for most unopened and unused items.
Certain items are excluded from returns and exchanges. These include: perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
